By purchasing, downloading, or using Zyno software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. License and Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software subject to the following conditions:

• The license is bound to your hardware ID (HWID) and cannot be shared
• You may request one HWID reset if you change computers
• Reselling, redistributing, or reverse engineering is prohibited
• Lifetime licenses include all updates for the lifetime of the product

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the software for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass license verification or security measures
• Distribute cracked or modified versions of the software
• Use the software to violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Share your license key with others

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour refund guarantee from the time of purchase. Refunds are granted only if the software does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not granted for change of mind.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zyno and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the software. Use of this tool is at your own risk.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
